Eligibility

• You must provide accurate, current information during registration
• You may hold only one account unless we agree otherwise in writing

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend an account while we investigate suspicious activity.

How the platform works

Vencora Holdings provides AI-assisted market scanning, trade signals, risk-control tools and account management. The AI suggests trade ideas based on price data; it never trades on your behalf. Every trade you place is your own decision and your own responsibility.

Deposits and withdrawals

• The minimum deposit is AU$250
• Deposits are processed through approved payment methods only
• Withdrawals can be requested from your dashboard at any time
• Withdrawals are subject to verification checks and standard processing times

Fees

There are no hidden fees. Any fees or spreads that apply to your account are shown transparently before you act. If a fee changes we will notify you in advance through the platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including attempts to disrupt the service, access other users' accounts, reverse-engineer the software, or use the platform for any unlawful activity. Breaches may result in immediate account closure.

No financial advice

Vencora Holdings provides tools and information, not personal financial advice. Nothing on this website is a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You should consider your own objectives and seek independent advice if you are unsure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vencora Holdings is not liable for losses arising from your trading decisions, market movements, service interruptions, or your reliance on any signal or content shown on the platform. Trading always carries risk of loss.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, and will return any remaining balance to you subject to verification and applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of New South Wales.
